Thanks for the include also
I love those beet-colored eggs! Great list and thanks for the include!
Solid list, but you left out eggs poached in broth – a deliciously simple soup that we like to make pretty regularly.
Great, now I am surper hungry. Good stuff!

What a great collection of egg recipes! All look delicious. Thank you so much for linking to my spinach with eggs, too.
Hi, nice collection!
thanks for adding mine too.. will surely add you to my blog’s list..
I didn’t see my favourite egg dish on there – it doesn’t have a name, it’s just what we do with leftover curry sauce, like when we make rogan josh and pick all the lamb out
It’s basically the same as “Eggs in Purgatory” but with curry sauce instead of tomato sauce, and served on rice. It’s great for dinner, but it’s about the best “morning after” breakfast out there.
Hey thanks for the link and letting me know about this post. What a fantastic post it is too! I will bookmark for trying some of these great looking dishes. Thanks!
Check out 100 year old eggs. They look gross and I didnt see them on this list. Wikipedia has a great pic of them.
You forgot eggs in relation to sushi.
These are seriously amazing!
Here’s another one for you: Frisee aux Lardons with duck eggs. (Of course, chicken eggs work too.)
Mmmm! How about Sausage & Scrambled Egg Pizza?!

eggs suck
You can add this to the list…
When you put your mind to it anything is possible. It was fascinating to see 100 different dishes with eggs. But I’m sure if experimented with, even 200 is are possible.
Life is strange.

NOM NOM NOM

I really enjoyed your eggciting post. Thanks.

Have you tried looking into japanese recipes?
Includes Omelet over Rice
You’ve run the link to froached eggs twice.
Sorry to be a dink & bring that up.
Great list otherwise!!!!
I suggest the 1001th.Mix 3 eggs w/ regular size corned beef and bake it. I called it beefy corned egg pizza.Try!No harm done.Enjoy.
So, yeah, great and all….but technically those aren’t 100 different ways to COOK an egg…. just 100 different recipes revolving around fried, boiled, and baked eggs. I’m tragically disappointed.
This isn’t 100 ways to crack an egg.. it’s a page of thumbnails presumably about how to cook an egg…
Those recipes are just ones that include egg, not made purely out of eggs as supposed by the myth. Shame on you for wasting my time.
The tea egg looks interesting. I had an israeli friend who’s father used to make coffee eggs. Sounds gross I know but it was delicious (be boiled eggs in coffee, threw in tons of spice and then let the eggs soak in the coffee brew for a few days). The result was a delicious creamy caramelized eggy treat. I’ll see if I can track down the recipe.
