the salsa. so 80 doesn’t like tomatoes but loves salsa, so i have to find ways to make the tomatoes seem like they aren’t tomatoes. i tried to make salsa using an immersion blender – mistake. totally pulverized. but it actually worked well on the nachos but it was too liquidized for dipping in to.

The cheese dip was probably the wrong thing to use, as it made the chips soggy. But this was a fridge clearing meal, so no complaining allowed.
This bean/legumes recipe looks both filling and healthy… I can not wait to prepare and share it with my friends… thanks for the great idea..
