Editors Note: At Vi and Jerry Sizzle’s Mem Day BBQ I cornered J-Sizz and asked him for the recipe for this huge hunk of meat. Here is what I wrote down, drunk.
Hoisin Sauce BBQ Ribs
3lbs meat / 350 degree (on the grill) / 20 min per side
1/2 C hoisin
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp ketchup
Rub salt onto ribs, mix rest of ingredients, coat on meat, let sit for an hour, baste throughout cooking.
