I’m looking at this with an eye toward using blackberries. We have no blueberries, but we have acres of blackberries. They are just starting to darken, so I used the remaining frozen berries from last year in a blackberry blizzard. Marion Cunningham published a recipe using frozen pineapple chunks, a bit of sugar, egg whites, whirled in a processor which works just fine with blackberries. Thanks for more ideas.
