Rinse rinse rinse! I see the beginnings of fuzz! But it’s nothing like the latest European E.coli outbreak (sprouts were apparently the vector) so your homegrown fuzz is probably leaps and bounds safer than what you might get at the store…I LOVE growing sprouts – your pics are great!

the fuzz is the beginning of plant roots, not mold. all plants have fuzzy roots at the beginning.
