    OMG, my husband and I did this Cochon 555 in Stillwater OK. at the OSU campus about 3 weeks ago….so much fun, lots of ways to eat a pig! (The winner of that event just catered the Philbrook Wine Experience in Tulsa last night.) I highly recommned going to it! As I understand, the Cochon 555 is held at a few locations all over the US and that all the winners from each location then will go to the Aspen Food and wine Festival to compete once again. Here in OK we had some fabulous vineyards represented, mostly from Napa, but some from Washington State and Oregon…a fun event!!
