    I think the reason is clearly that Rushdie couldn’t keep up with her growing cultural impact and importance…hey, not everyone’s a star

    wow I have many things to say about this:
    1- how great is it that you linked to a site called OMG
    2- “Salman Rushdie has agreed to divorce his wife, Padma Lakshmi, because of her desire to end their marriage”…how considerate of him.
    3- We might need an entire blog just to cover Salakshmi
    4- there has GOT to be a pun here about the satanic verses….come on.
