1) i’ve been to the guest judge’s restaurant, tru. it was a 19 course dinner. way, way too much food. and the weirdest thing – i ate tuna tartar in a cone shaped bowl that fit perfectly into a bowl with a LIVE FISH swimming around underneath. i could see how a less stanch flesh eater would have turned vegetarian at that moment.
2) spike has terrible instincts. the two times he was allowed to choose first, he totally flubbed. does not make me think he’ll do well out on his own.
Ooooh, I didn’t know you were doing this. I was doing a live blog, too! Of course, we can’t read each other’s blogs during the show, and I just hit “Publish” and “Edit” every minute or two insted of what y’all do. But it’s still funny to know that I’m not the only one
