    Thai food is one of our favorite ones and we frequent a great local small Thai restaurant where they feature Sriracha or hot Thai sauce often. Your post is terrific with so many different ways to use this sauce, many new to our family but quite enticing. Thank you for the great photography, really helps to see the finished dish!
