Jujubees! We bought a bag of these at our local SoCal farmers market as well awhile back. Odd little things but fascinating
I must say I am not familiar with jujubes but am very intrigued. They look similar to the California dates I am used to. Can they be used in similar ways?

they are not as sweet and flavorful as dates, unfortunately. and i’m actually in the market for some suggestions on how to use? was thinking of throwing them into a smoothie with other bolder flavors.
