I know grown men that will still order a chocolate milk out at a restaurant or diner. So why not? Unless you don’t like chocolate (and hate America), you should be thrilled to hear of adult chocolate milk. My sister’s boyfriend brought it to us as we celebrated the Fourth of July and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I can’t really tell you what it’s made of…since the label doesn’t say much at all. The only thing I can tell you is that it was chocolatey with a slight hint of booze and it goes with many mixers and other alcohols. The overall consensus was that a shot of it tastes like an alcoholic Tootsie Roll.

If you are wondering if an alcoholic Tootise Roll tastes good or bad, then well….you suck. It tasted good! Once I knew that (a) the drink did indeed taste like creamy chocolate, (b) it did not taste like bad milk, and (c) it didn’t taste like crap, I started thinking of potential concoctions. I had no problem tasting testing sweet mixtures made of chocolate, booze, and whatever else I could find. Here’s what we came up with…let us know if you found any other ways of satisfying your sweet tooth and your liver:

– “Half and Half” Shot: Half Adult Chocolate Milk, Half Kahlua

– Adult Chocolate Milk: Just add it to regular chocolate milk (this MAY be my favorite)

– Adult Java Chip Frappuccino: Vanilla Ice Cream, Coffee, Milk, Ice, Adult Chocolate Milk, frappuccino mix if you can find it

– Irish Adult Chocolate Milk: Mix with Baileys

I can tell you that all of these concoctions are so good that you will want to have another…and another. The main issue here is balance. Have too much of this stuff and I fear you are in for a long night…and a crappy morning.  What are your suggested Adult Chocolate Milk concoctions?
