Oh my goodness. WITHOUT A DOUBT the funniest thing I have read in AGES! I was laughing so hard that I about had an asthma attack and I DID fall out of my chair. My waterproof mascara was apparently lying to me, as it is smeared all over my face now. If you will excuse me, I am going to go find my inhaler now. SO FUNNY.

My significant and I were absolutely in tears reading this… hysterical – I think more cooks / chefs should share these mis-adventures because we all have them and, hopefully, learn from them. I am going to try to follow your thought process (without pepper spraying my house) to make this dish – it sounds delicious!

I am still laughing out loud! Thank you so much for stepping through the thought process in trying to recreate the dish. It is exactly how I do it (except for the documenting the amounts of the ingredients….so I can never actually re-create the same dish twice). This post made my morning! Keep trying on that dish, I’m looking forward to the final version posted. = )
