This is really easy, and it seemed like a good idea. I just tried it, and the result really looked like cake. But it did not taste nearly as good as real cake, and I even threw it away in the end. (I almost never throw away food, and chocolate…: even less so.)

I’m sorry, but no, this is not your best recipe.

This recipe makes me really wish that I had some Bing cherries!! And you’re right about all the reasons to eat chocolate cake. I love the microwave mug cakes and ommitting the usual egg makes them ready so much sooner.
