You should try a flavored Olive Oil, I have some very good ones around the house… Apple Cinnamon, Citrus burst and vanilla. I think I will have to make this ice cream with one of those. You can order the flavored Olive oil online or most cities have a place that bottles it fresh for you now. I will let you know how it turns out.

I may need to start one. It seems like a good way to taste some recipes before committing to making them. The New Moosewood is my go-to book, and yet I haven’t tried all the recipes that you did at your party. Thanks for the great idea!

That’s a new ice cream flavor to me. I’m not sure I can imagine the taste, but I’d try it if it were in front of me.
