Like the intro says, “salty bacon with the richness of goat cheese, plus the sweetness of butterscotch and sweet potatoes”…and we all know salty and sweet go well together (candied bacon anyone?!?!?!….yum!!!)

You’re attitude towards the sweet potato, however, is a bit unusual…goats cheese and sweet potato are a well known match made in heaven :)
