I multiplied this recipe x6 (not exactly, but close). And created a monster …

1 liter vodka
6 cups grapefruit juice (~7-8 lbs grapefruit or 10-12 grapefruits)
4 lbs strawberries

It took a while to juice all that grapefruit, so I might try non-fresh next time. But then I hollowed out all the grapefruit halves and put the popsicle mix in there.

They were like slushy frozen greyhound shots. Ah-mazing.

These pops look tasty and refreshing. The perfect snack to cool you off. I use almond milk for a low calorie banana smoothie recipe and it is delicious. Not to sound overzealous here, but I’m making these for a party of young 20-somethings and I’m not sure 5 oz of vodka per 18 popsicles will quite satisfy them. Do you have any insight as to how much I could change the ratio before the popsicles refuse to freeze? I am about to tackle some experimentation but would love to profit from your experience
