I love lamb, cook it as much as possible, used to ask for it as my birthday treat when a child, would love to find some lamb hearts to grill….and I think I would have put it all on small toasted bread, or, in keeping with the nacho theme, on flour tortillas. Because I can taste it all in my mind, except the corn tortillas.
