    I lived in Seoul for a year. One of the best places I ate at was Woo Lae Oak. They have the best bulgogi and naengmyon (cold noodles) that I had during my entire stay. A little pricey but totally worth it. While you’re there, you’ll be within walking distance of COEX, a huge underground shopping complex with a movie theater, restaurants, etc. (Woo Lae Oak South Seoul: 983-13 Daechi-Dong, Kangnam-Ku. Seoul, South Korea 135 281. Tel: 822-561-6121, 6122.)

    Be sure to check out Insadong, the traditional art district. You can get traditional Korean art and pottery, street food, etc.
