2-3 cinnamon sticks
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of Coconut cream (you can use milk but cream is better, my opinion)
1 c. of Rum (Baccardi in my opinion is best) add more if you like it stronger
2 c. of water
4 egg yolks
boil cinnamon sticks in water till it turns a bit yellow and u can taste the cinnamon. then add cond milk, evap milk and egg yolk stir frequently on medium/low heat for about 10 minutes. add coconut cream and rum stir for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool.
chill in frigerator for about an hour before serving.

one the best recepies i’ve tried is:<br
