I tried ordering &quot;Bidene de porc&quot; but it came out as &quot;Boudaine de Porc&quot;. So I recieved this huge 5 kilogram sausage coil. Good times.
With sausages, it is always best to just cook them the way you recieve them, then snip the offending parts off later. Of course, you already learned that.
