Give it a few good shakes to spread all that salt around and then eat it as a snack. Even just remembering it gives me a shudder however I bet he would be all over that cupcake. Did you use the same vegan vanilla base for the savory toppings? I think maybe something like a zucchini bread/muffin would taste good. His birthday is even coming up.
