To my understanding, it's deboned birds with the chicken inside the duck inside the turkey, and inside the chicken, and between each layer of fowl, is stuffing, usually spiked with andouille and/or chorizo. That makes it equal in meat-numbers to your thingee! :P
Mmm, turducken... I can't wait :)
I also suggest bacon sauteed greens (kale or collard greens are often used here, maybe ham hock instead of bacon but why not use bacon?), and because I like to offer two styles of carbs in my menu (rolls don't count; I don't know why, but it's rolls/bread, mashed potatoes + something else usually), bacon fried rice (I have a lovely recipe on my site but it's pretty straight forward and needs no real recipe). Hmm, oh, and for the real good stuff, deviled egg on "pork toasts" which is actually deep fried bits of pig jowl. I kid you not, that is straight up GANGSTA in the meat department ;)

Hmm, not to be picky, but it your first item description makes it sound like you think the bones are still in a turducken (I’m having my first one the Friday after t-day, courtesy of the bro).
