1.  Use it as a pasta sauce with penne or another type that will pick up the chunkier bits nicely.
2.  Add some shrimp, scallops, calamari or chopped white fish to make a variation on a cioppino.
3.  Pour in a glass.  Add a shot (or two) of good vodka.
