It must be a gastro name for it as we simply call them "Sausage Rolls". Tucker is right, I totally omitted the desserts, they were amazingly delish, we had the chocolate cake, trifle and sticky toffee pudding... Service was super smooth, too-- which can be tough during an opening week. I had trotters, belly and pig ears with heirloom tomatoes. If I were feeling more adventurous, I'd literally have done head to tail with head cheese, but I tend to order that stuff hot rather than cold as it's listed. I went last night; it was terrific.
