Could be worse Gans, at least it isn’t a whole lamb.
Of course, I’ve had my eye on Caja China for a bit and I do know a farm nearby that will have whole lambs later on in the summer. Hmmm…

when I was at the greek festival last spring i was in awe of the lamb they had twirling over an open fire.
