There's a nice gooey factor to that one that really makes it work for me. I hate dried out scrambled eggs. Of course, for our friends of southern persuasion, my favorite Mexican restaurant will do an egg biscuit any time of the day. My roommate was making some as I was leaving for work this morning, and the smell kind of turned my stomach... it was just too early for all that.
