I’ll get the recipe for the glaze, honestly it was about 10 different ingredients. It’s basis was molasses, honey and maple syrup, though.

recipe for Maple Ginger Glaze
Wilt 2 T minced onion, 1 T finely minced peeled ginger and 1/2 t finely minced garlic in 2 T olive oil over low heat.
Add: 1/2 C fresh orange juice, 1/4 C molasses, 2 T ketchup, 1 T maple syrup, 1 T honey, 1 T grated orange zest, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and cook for 3-5 min., reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. to thicken. Cool to room temperature.
