Beyond the taste the great thing was how little work it was. Almost no prep, no spices, juices, marinades or anything. I was also grilling and it was great not to have to run in to stir every 30 secs; just the flipping every 5 to 10 mins. They say that BS is one bad smother... Shut your mouth!
