		<description>I love the idea of rings of chile pepper, kind of like looks like scallions, but with a kick.

		<description>Meyer lemons are sweeter and less acidic than regular lemons, which makes them preferable in dishes where you're looking for a more subtle acid than the sharp tang of true lemon juice.

As for your "red snapper-like fish," there's a pretty good chance it's either rockfish (which is sometimes mislabeled as red snapper) or tilapia (frequently substituted for red snapper in sushi restaurants).  Personally, I'm a big fan of tilapia - it's sustainable and inexpensive - but I'm also partial to the 'scarlet snapper' filets they sell at Trader Joe's.</description>
